Terms and Conditions
Introduction
“Terms of Sale” refers to the terms and conditions under which purchases are supplied and delivered to you as a buyer on sengap.com or on our mobile application (together, the “Website”), which is owned and operated by Sinjab for Retail Sale of Animals and Ornamental Fish, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. *******, issued from Jeddah.
Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with the purchase on the Website. Your submission of a purchase order through the Website or the application constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Sale and your immediate commitment to them.
Acceptance of the Purchase Order
- Supplier: As specified on the Website, each product in the purchase order is sold either by us or by a local or global seller.
- Acceptance of the Purchase Order: Your purchase order is accepted by us when we notify you in writing (whether by email, SMS, or a mobile notification). If we are unable to accept your purchase order, we will notify you in writing or by phone call, and the product amount will not be charged to your account. If it was charged by mistake, it will be refunded to your bank account or your wallet balance.
- Payment: Your submission of a purchase order is an authorization from you to us or to any third party specialized in electronic payment operations to deduct the value of purchases from your credit card, debit card, or wallet balance. We accept payment by:
- Credit card or debit card; or
- Your electronic wallet; or
- Cash on delivery (up to SAR 2,000).
To process payments via credit/debit cards, we may ask you to open an account with our other payment processing companies, including accepting their terms and conditions, and to provide your details on your behalf. - Canceling Your Order by Us: We have the right to cancel your order if:
- The purchase amount is not paid when due;
- You fail, within a reasonable period we specify for you, to provide us with the information required to deliver the products to you;
- You do not allow us, within a reasonable period, to deliver the products to you or you fail to receive them;
- In the case of attempted wholesale purchase or multiple purchases according to Clause 2-8 below.
- Wholesale and Multiple Purchases: We reserve the right to reject any orders, at our sole discretion, if we detect wholesale purchases or multiple purchases of similar products that may affect inventory.
Delivery of Your Order
Delivery Cost:
- The delivery cost of products will be according to the prices mentioned on the Website and as per each seller’s policy.
- If the customer does not receive the order after shipment without a reason, the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
- If the customer obtained free shipping for purchasing multiple products or according to the seller’s policy, and the customer wishes to return products, the store has the right to re-calculate the shipping cost.

Delivery Delays:
- If our delivery of the product is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this and will take steps to reduce the impact of the delivery delay.

Identity Verification Requirements upon Delivery: Sinjab may, at its sole discretion, make any inquiries it deems necessary to verify your identity or your ownership of your financial instruments by requesting that you provide more information or documents, including but not limited to any form of identification or credit card. If Sinjab cannot verify the credibility of any information you provide, Sinjab has the right to refuse delivery and cancel the order.
Delivery from Outside the Country: You may be registered as the importer if you request delivery of products from outside the country. In this case, you must ensure that the requested products comply with the law and regulations, and you must also commit to paying all fees and customs duties imposed on your purchases.
Ownership of Products: Products become your property once we deliver them to you at the delivery address and once you have paid their value in full.
Issuing Invoices to the Buyer: We will issue an electronic invoice for the value of your purchases and send it to your email address you provided to us, including the value of the goods, tax, and delivery charges.
Issuing Invoices to the Seller: We will issue an electronic invoice for the value of your sales and send it to your email address you provided to us, including the value of the goods minus the Website commission and tax if applicable to the establishment.
Return and Exchange Policy
Return Conditions
- The product has not been used before and is in its original condition with its original packaging and includes all accessories.
Return Eligibility
- You have the right to return the product within one (24 hours) day from your receipt of it, and file a return request on the Website or the application before the specified period ends.
Reasons for Return

Exchange Eligibility

Non-Returnable Products

How to Request a Return
You can contact the seller directly via instant messaging in the application or by requesting a return or exchange by clicking on it in the dedicated field in the customer orders personal page.
How Refunds Are Made
For products that have been delivered, we will refund the full value of the product subject to return, including the fees for returning the product to us (excluding the fees paid to ship the product to you), in the following cases:
- Defective products or products whose description on the Website is incorrect; and
- If the reason for the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as a pricing or description error, or a delay in delivery beyond the agreed date, among others.
For all other cases, we will refund the value of the product subject to return (excluding the fees paid to ship the product to you), provided that you bear the cost of the fees for returning the product to us.
For products that have not been delivered, you are entitled to receive their full value if you cancel the purchase order before shipment.
Refund Procedures
The refund will be made in the same manner as your payment, as follows:
- If you paid cash on delivery, we will refund the amount to your electronic wallet.
- If you paid by credit card, you can choose between a refund to the credit card or adding it to your electronic wallet.
When Will the Amount Be Refunded?
The amount will be refunded to you at the same time we receive and inspect the product at our customer goods preparation center. You will receive the final amount as follows:
- Refund to your credit card: within fifteen (15) business days from the day we receive the returned product at our customer goods preparation center.
- Refund to your electronic wallet: within five (5) business days from the day we receive the returned product at our customer goods preparation center.
- If you cancel the order before the shipping date, the amount will be refunded to you automatically.
Defects and Damages in Products
Warranty
Sinjab’s warranty policy ensures your product is protected against any defects in materials, workmanship, design, or manufacturing that may occur after purchase. We are committed to providing excellent Services with high-quality standards.
The warranty terms apply. Note that the warranty does not cover all products. You should review each seller’s page to learn the warranty policy, its duration, and which products are covered.
The warranty is limited to repairing the defective product, replacing the defective part, replacing the product, or refunding the amount according to the purchase price and amount paid.
- Veterinary Clinics Department: Provides its Services at the highest quality with its capabilities and competencies to ensure distinction, good reputation, and high customer ratings in the application, as well as commitment to appointments and respecting the customer’s time according to the booking made through the application, without breach for any reason except by notifying the customer and alerting them in the event of canceling their booking and offering them the choice between rescheduling or refunding what was paid.
- Veterinarian and Animal Care: Provides Services to the customer, educated and qualified with tools and skills that enable them to perform their duties as required with high capabilities and efficiency to ensure distinction, good reputation, and high customer ratings in the application. They are committed to the booked appointments, respecting and valuing the customer’s time according to the booking made through the application, without breach for any reason except by notifying the customer and alerting them in the event of canceling their booking and offering them the choice between rescheduling or refunding what was paid.
- Transport and Delivery Services Department: Provides Services to the customer using the agreed-upon means of transport as shown to the customer in the application, with the vehicle being a model year 2015 or newer, free from mechanical and technical issues, clean, and equipped with the necessary tools that provide comfort and safety for both the passenger and the animal to be transported from one place to another, observing traffic safety requirements that enable performance of duties as required with high capabilities and efficiency to ensure distinction, good reputation, and high customer ratings in the application. They are committed to the booked appointments, respecting and valuing the customer’s time according to the booking made through the application, without breach for any reason except by notifying the customer and alerting them in the event of canceling their booking and offering them the choice between rescheduling or refunding what was paid. In the event the animal dies during its transport from one place to another, the vehicle owner transporting it shall bear part of the animal’s cost if it is proven that the death was due to negligence or default; if it is proven the death was natural, then there is no liability, as this is fate and destiny.
- Accessories Department: The seller guarantees that the product is sound and free from any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty details are per each seller’s policy. Clothing, fabric and cotton products, and sold collars are not returnable or exchangeable to maintain the safety of your pet.
- Food and Health Products Department: The seller guarantees the product’s quality and packaging, that it is sound and free from any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, and that its shelf life is 6 months or more. Warranty details are per each seller’s policy.
- Animal Sale and Purchase Department: The seller guarantees the safety of the sold animal and that it meets the specifications displayed on the Website and outlined in full details without fraud, misrepresentation, or concealment of information. If otherwise proven, the seller bears the ensuing consequences. There is no return or exchange of the purchased animal, and this depends on each seller’s policy. The seller must transfer the animal’s ownership to the buyer if the animal carries official papers.
Warranty Period: Repairing or replacing the product under this warranty does not constitute any right to extend or renew the warranty. Warranty terms are per the product manufacturer. For more details regarding specific warranty terms for a product, please review the seller’s page for the product you purchased.
The Warranty Does Not Apply in the Following Cases:
- If there was an attempt to repair the product by any service center not authorized by the product’s seller, or the product was damaged by impact (e.g., breakage, bends, or dents that may cause the product to stop working), or damaged due to liquids such as submerging the product or spraying any electronic product with water or other liquids;
- Removing the product’s serial number;
- Failure to perform periodic maintenance and inspection of the product;
- Abuse or misuse of the product for a purpose other than that intended or in a manner contrary to the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance instructions.
Legal Obligations of Customers
You acknowledge and undertake, as a party to this agreement, to:
- Comply with applicable laws at all times and with legislation and regulations, including, without limitation, all privacy protection legislation and regulations;
- That you have full authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and pay the dues in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein;
- That if you purchased the product on behalf of a company, you confirm that you represent it and act under authorization on its behalf, and that it will abide by these Terms of Sale.
Pursuant to Clause 1-6, our Services are provided to you on an “as is” basis without any warranty, representation, or conditions of any kind from us. We disclaim any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind whether express, implied, or statutory, including, without limitation, all conditions, representations, and warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular or general purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, that the Services are secure, error-free, will operate without interruption, or will be provided properly or in a timely manner or in an appropriate manner or generally.
The warranty set out in Clause 1-5 is the sole and exclusive warranty we provide under these Terms of Sale.
Legal Liability
Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits or excludes any party’s liability for:
- Fraud, including deceit committed by that party;
- Death or personal injury resulting from that party’s negligence; or
- Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Subject to Clause 1-7, we, our institution, or our officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable—based on a court judgment or claim arising from contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, these Terms of Sale, or related thereto—for loss of profits, Data, or information, or any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages, even if we or our institution or our directors or agents or employees or licensors or suppliers have been informed of the possibility of such damages.
In addition, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we (including our institution or our officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors) shall not be legally liable, and you agree here that we are not liable, for any damages or losses that may arise from, directly or indirectly:
- Late delivery of products or failure to deliver part of them if you yourself failed to provide us with the information we need within a reasonable time from the date we requested it or if you failed to pay the amount due;
- Damages that may result from unauthorized repairs to products;
- Loss of any Data stored or saved on the Website or the application due to reasons beyond our control;
- Your complete reliance on the content or any other information provided by the Website related to the product for which you issued the purchase order;
- Your use of or inability to use the product you ordered;
- Website delay or failure, or delays or failures of our Services;
- Damage to your device resulting from the use of the product you ordered;
- Your loss of a business opportunity or inability to conduct your business or similar due to our inability to deliver the product you ordered on time.
Pursuant to Clause 1-6, if it is determined that Clauses (2-3-6) do not apply or are unenforceable for any reason, then the total legal liability of our institution or our officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors to you—whether based on a court judgment or claim arising from contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, these Terms of Sale, or related thereto—shall be limited to the lower of: the price of the product sold on the Website and its original shipping costs and the costs of shipping the product back.
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold us (our institution or our officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors) harmless from losses, harm, damages, or expenses (including legal fees and attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Any claims or requests made by any third party arising from your use of the Website and our Services;
- Your breach of any of the terms and conditions of this agreement, including, without limitation, any warranties, representations, or undertakings; or
- Any violation of applicable laws.
General Provisions
- Governing Law: These Terms of Sale and any non-contractual rights and obligations arising out of or related to them are governed by the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and interpreted accordingly.
- Dispute Resolution:
- If you are dissatisfied with any products you purchased via the Website, you may contact us via email, our social media, or live chat on the Website with the seller from whom the purchase was made.
- If you cannot reach a solution in accordance with the terms and conditions within thirty (30) days from your notification to the seller about your problem, you may resort to the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Third-Party Rights: No party other than the parties to this agreement has the right to enforce any of its provisions.
- Relationship of the Parties: Nothing in these Terms of Sale shall be interpreted or considered by the parties or by any third party as a partnership or joint venture between the parties to the agreement. It is understood that the parties entered into a service performance contractual relationship, each independent of the other.
- Further Assurances: The parties agree to do, execute, or arrange to do and execute any act or document or anything reasonably required, each within its authority, to implement and give effect to these Terms of Sale to the fullest extent, including, without limitation, assisting each other in complying with applicable law.
- Assignment: These Terms of Sale are binding for the benefit of the parties and their successors and permitted assigns. You agree not to assign or transfer these terms or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms of Sale, whether directly or indirectly, without first obtaining our prior written consent, which we will not unreasonably withhold.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms of Sale and the documents referred to or attached hereto contain the entire agreement between the parties regarding their subject matter and supersede all prior agreements, negotiations, and representations, whether written or oral, relating to their subject. There are no other terms, representations, warranties, undertakings, or agreements, whether direct or indirect, express or implied, between the parties to this agreement other than this agreement and the documents and records referred to or attached to it.
- Amendments and Changes: You cannot change, vary, amend, or supplement these Terms of Sale on your own. We reserve the right to amend, vary, and supplement the Terms of Sale at any time from time to time. We will also post the current version of the Terms of Sale on the Website, and each change will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website or on the date we set as the effective date (as applicable). Your continued use of the Website and our Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the changes and your agreement to comply with and work according to the terms after their amendment and change.
- Severability: If any court of competent jurisdiction rules that any of the provisions of these Terms of Sale are invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be immediately removed from these terms, and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect so long as the legal and economic essence of the transactions carried out under these terms remains in effect without adverse impact on the parties.
- Force Majeure: None of the parties to the agreement shall be responsible for any losses, damages, delays, or failure in performance due to acts beyond their control, whether such acts or events are reasonably foreseeable or not (including acts of God, legislation, court rulings, regulatory government decisions or decisions issued by local governments or courts or governing bodies, acts of subcontractors or any third party supplying goods or services to us, economic boycotts, power outages, or labor disturbances).
- Waiver of a Term: Our waiver of any provision of these Terms of Sale shall not be construed as a waiver of any other provisions contained herein (whether similar or different), and a waiver of a provision shall not be construed as a permanent waiver unless we expressly state so in writing.

Commission, Offers, and Discounts Policy
Commissions
- Veterinary Clinics Department
[Platform commission 10%] of the total value of the invoice issued by the service provider. If the service is purchased in advance by the customer, the amount due to the clinic will be transferred after deducting the commission and VAT within 7 business days. If the customer chooses to pay at the clinic, the commission and VAT will be deducted from the clinic account’s wallet. The wallet balance must always be positively funded (+SAR 100) to receive orders and must not become negative (−10). If it becomes negative, receiving new orders will not be possible. - Veterinarian Department

Offers and Discounts
- The company has the right to present promotional offers and discounts at any time and to modify or delete them without prior notice.
- The offers and discounts presented in the store differ according to the sellers and service providers.
- Each seller and service provider has the right to present their own promotional offers or discounts at any time during the year in accordance with the platform policy and the rules of the Ministry of Commerce. The company has the right to approve, modify, or delete the offer while informing the seller or service provider.
- If the customer receives free balance or a free purchase voucher, they are not entitled to convert the balance into cash amounts.
